Look what a little decluttering can do.  We removed all personal items, and opened up a lot of wall space to show the room sizes better.  And even cleaning off the fridge can make a huge difference!!

Thanks Linda!  They really want to sell quickly instead of in 90 days which is the average in their area, so I think the parents are going to stay on them about keeping it clean.  Show it!

Tom Tom Tom... it wasn't just "cleaned and decluttered" but a lot was removed from the house.  You must have a lot of furniture if you need me to come remove things every other Wednesday. By the way, how did you know Wednesday was the day their housekeeper came??  LOL!!  I had to put special notes in the showing instructions for no showings on Wednesday from 9am-noon as their cleaning person doesn't have a cell phone and wouldn't have warning about the showings.

I used to live in Mesquite, on Savannah street, in 2002.  It was our first house and I was a brand new Realtor, awe ... memories.
