Falconhead West - Bee Cave - Austin TX is finally going to get their community park!
A few weeks ago, in the middle of the community, a playscape area was started. The ground was leveled and the stone barrier was made into a playful shape... and then last month, it all disappeared...
Where did it go? Why did they stop the construction of our community play area?? No one knew... until now!
Falconhead West has been approved for a 400 sqft Pavilion in addition to two Playscapes, a large one for older kids and a smaller one for younger kids. I guess they originally started building it before final approval.

The only negative is that there will be no parking lot, but I guess street parking will be fine. I live less than a quarter mile away, so we'll be walking or riding bikes!

Hey, Donna. We have a park just like that, with 3 separate areas. It is awesome and should be well worth the wait. Take care, Jim
Donna --- sounds like Bee Cave is getting a heck of a community park. Congratulations.

Jim, It better be awesome. We're hoping to put a pool there once the HOA is handed over to the home owners.
Liz, We sure are!
Very cool! We had a park in the works for years and it was finally built right outside my subdivision this past summer! I am sure Alyssa will enjoy for many many years to come!
Renee, There is a park in Falconhead at the front of the community which is 1.3 miles away, and then the City of Bee Cave just opened their park last month which is about 3 miles away... but this one is less than a quarter mile, so yeah!!
