It's amazing the people that say they want to buy but will not make a decision.
The government is handing out free money.
The best investment you can make is home ownership.
Rates are still at all time lows and lenders are actually lending the money.
If you're still sitting on the fence with all this happening, you might as well keep paying your landlord's mortgage instead of your own.
Ted, Yes, the eternal renter... all talk and no action.
