Hi Donna... I love The Oasis... especially at sundown. It was a favorite haunt when I lived in Austin!
Donna: I wonder who owns that home? What an incredible view they must have.
What is astonishing about places like that is the incredible cost of upkeep. There is a palatial home on the river here that has $150,000 per yearr in property taxes alone!
