Gary, Thanks! To me it's common sense stuff, but people still drop their jaws in class!

Honeycutt, Unless some lovely Broker is going to pay my airfair, room and board, and guarantee a minimum of 50 people, I don't think I'll be near NC any time soon, sorry.

Boy, psychology is a great idea for working with clients of all kinds. But then....maybe I'd rather not know what they are REALLY thinking.
