Thanks Lisa!  This house is 4 months in the making.  I'll be posting before and after pictures later on, but just imagine a house with GREEN in every room, floor to ceiling!!

This sure seems like a lot of house for the money.  How is this area?  Is that a public golf course?  How big is the lot?  That pool looks very inviting!

Yes, it's definitely a lot of house for the money.  If this house were on a golf course in Dallas or Collin County, it would be priced so much more... however, Tarrant County and Ft Worth is a completely different animal though people think Dallas and Ft Worth are the same.  ANd it's hard to get this much space (almost 3400 sqft) on one floor with the typical size of lots.

That's a lot of home for the money- it just amazes me how going from one state to the next;the bang for your buck can change so much!

Donna, I'm glad we are not tyring to seel that home in Chapel Hill for $199,000.  We would have a riot on our hands!
