Senna Hills - Austin TX - Homes for Sale Market Report

Senna Hills Austin TX had a great second quarter. In the first quarter, there were only seven sales, whereas in the second quarter, there were 10 sales. The below chart will show you what's currently active on the left, as well as what sold the second quarter on the right.

You will notice that the properties that are selling are still properties priced lower than what most home owners are willing to price theirs at.  I'm not sure what's going to wake the Senna Hills homeowners up, but I'm sure the days on the market will continue to tell their story.

Besides the spike in the one sold property, it looks like the Senna Hills homes for sale are definitely sitting on the market longer on average than their sold counterparts.

Donna -- Great post... Does your association provide you with graphics like this or do you have a program that you just enter the numbers in and it creates the graphs for you? 


I would love to do this for price reductions and new listings!

45% have only been on the market for 0-30 days. Thats a short amount of time. Pretty awesome.
