Thank you!  If you know any investors who would like to buy it to resell at value, that would be some nice equity in their pocket!

I think the view out of the garden window from the bathtub would sell me!

Thanks Sandi.  I'm hoping it's the view that sells it too.  You don't get many mature trees around here, especially for brand new houses.  The developers like to compltely flatten the land and plant new trees like what you see in the front yard.

I wanted to share with you a blog I wrote about Postlets...I think it might be a better and perhaps easier way for you to post your listings on AR as well as Craigslist and other sites.  Postlets is free and VERY easy to use and produces very high quality looking listing flyers.

The link to my blog is http://activerain.com/blogsview/234893/How-to-create-professional and will provide an example of a Postlet.

Thanks for the comment on my blog...it is good to know I'm not alone in my choice to remain with my current car.

Carl, I've been using POstlets for years, thank you for your concern.  Postlets is not what you should use to copy and paste into a blog post, especially if you want it to count for points and featuring.  There are rules and I obide by the rules.  Postlets are for online advertising, not my blogs.

Donna,

Thank you very much for pointing out the rules to Carl and anyone else that's reading here.  It's amazing how many people don't bother to read the rules for Listings By Address.  Then Gena and I have to delete their posts. :(     We don't like having to do it but we don't want to jeopardize everyone's ability to earn points with their listings but just cut and pasting!

Thanks again!

Lucky :)
