It's not it's own city, but probably should be with 3 Exemplary Rated Elementary Schools on site in addition to an Exemplary Rated Middle School. Yes, it's a very family oriented community.
In addition to houses and schools, it also has several restaurants, stores, daycares, doctors, dentists, a gas station, and fire department all right on site! You never have to leave if you don't want to!
