We had some beautiful weather here in Sunny Dallas this past week so I was able to get a few walks in. Also, Macy's big sale didn't hurt either so much more walking around! I also did my good deed for the week by finding a lost dog on one of our walks, so my dog, Oscar, and I walked that dog back home... however, the dog kept running the opposite way down the street, so I also got some running in.
With that, here are my weekly results:
Last week's weigh-in was 151.
This week's weigh-in is 148.8.
Lost 2.2 pounds!!
Total lost since giving birth 7 weeks ago is 32.2 lbs. YEAH!
Ok, people!! Everyone you agreed last week, let's see your numbers. Remember, you don't have to post your actual weight, just the amount you lost if that's all you want to be held accountable for.
Anyone else want to join? We're trying to see who can lose 20 pounds first! Here's the first blog about it.

Hmmm. I am looking to drop 10lbs and I lost 2lbs last week. I will watch how you guys do.
J.
Kent, some guys can have baby weight... some gain as their wives gain. Good starting point.
Lindsey, Yes, you may join! Not much to do except lose the weight and post your results. There is no test to pass or anything... lol!
Aziz & Rick, THank you both for your support!
Now, where is everyone else who agreed to weigh in ?? Chicken??
Sounds fun, count me in. I am gyming tonight so I will post a blog about joining the challenge and will include my numbers (scary).
Rick, not a problem. You can join in by letting us know each week what you did to better yourself and how you feel about it. I also gauge success by how my cloths fit, not just a number.
Larry, Congrats! All you guys are going to kick my buttocks!
Mike, I can't wait to see your numbers and success as well.
More guys than gals in this challenge. Very interesting!
Donna,
I posted my starting numbers in my blog. Read it here. (is that legal? to include a link in my comment to your blog? If not, tell me and I will repost with out it.)
Mike, yes, it's ok to post a link to your blog only because it relates. It's not ok for people to do it when they're just trying to get traffic to their blog and it's completely off topic. Welcome to the challenge.
Kim, Thanks! Congrats on losing the 30 already. It's always those last few that are the hardest. I try on my different pants every 2-3 days to see how my body has changed shapes. I now have about 4 pairs of pants that fit instead of just 1!
Week 2 has been posted here. Come post your progress!!

Hi Donna,
I am in. I met with Ardell on Friday and she said she was starting Nutri-Systems on Sunday and I said I will change my eating habits to include: eating smaller portions, eating more fruit and vegetables and exercising more. I started Saturday. Just tried to find the scale but it got moved after their was a flood in the basement.
Hi Donna,
I am also at a challenging point. I started the Naturally Slim Healthy Lifestyles program at the first of September. During the last 4 months of the year, I lost a total of 50 pounds. I have to admit that 14 of those pounds came off during the week of Thanksgiving when I had pneumonia, but the other 36 pounds were all me.
However, I have been maintaining at best since Christmas. I hope this weekly weigh-in will help!
Starting weight on 12/31 - 238
Week one (1/7) 239
