In just the past 30 days, sales have dropped as there have only been 6 closed transactions. The average Days on the Market increased to 31 DOM with Median selling price of $351,000 selling at 97.35%. However, if you look at the chart below, you'll see that all but 1 of those sales was under 30 days. The high one was over 150 days skewing the numbers.
