Which one of these is not like the other...

Yes, we had the builder change it so they're all the same... it's important to keep an eye on your house when you're building it in order to catch mistakes like this.

So many people think they don't need an agent to "have their back" in new construction.  This is a FANTASTIC illustration to the contrary. Nice!

On Sesame Street today...humming one of these things is not like the other, doesn't belong. Today is brough to you by R, the hardest working letter in the entire alphabet. Usually a blue and gold "R". Photo shop reverse that railing.

I think I would be making the builder change the railing. Looks like decorative pieces are different sizes which means the railing is lower to the step as you go up. Is this an illusion?

Good morning, Donna....anyone who builds a home should have permission to visit the site when the subs have finished for the day, if they're accompanied by their agent....if there's an error, it's important to catch it sooner rather than later...

Donna, good to have a trained eye and professional to catch these mistakes, I probably wouldn't have noticed it until months later.

Brenda, We try...

Andrew, I was singing it while typing the title hoping others would too!

Bill, The railing is fine. It's curving so it's not going straight up.

Barbara, Exactly!

Bob, Slight OCD comes in handy at times!

Good Morning Donna,

What a wonderful illustration of your eye for detail and the need for your services!  Hope the remainder of the build goes smoothly.

We had a builder Donna build a wood column outside when the plan said brick. Oops. We caught it. They are not perfect.

Oh my. That would suck, all though not THAT noticeable... but once you do notice it, its hard not to see it every time after that.

Larry, Ummm, smooth is not quite the word to use... we behind and many mistakes later, we're closing today.

Gary, Ummm, this house also has the wrong stone on it! The builder is giving the buyer a nice "gift card" at closing...

John, Exactly!
