Donna - oh my gosh! I'm guessing you thought nothing of listings the approximate lot dimensions but you were so clear with this! I also really appreciate the fact of how you said 'neither the owners nor I represent that the lot is buildable.' We have homesites around here and it's just so important to state exactly as you did, up front, that we, and our owners, are not surveyors! I love your area - are the blue bonnets up yet?

Hi Susan, I helped these buyers purchase the property a couple of years ago, and we were given some disclosures very late in the process, so I felt it best to disclose everything up front.

Ahh living on a lake would only bettered by living on the ocean.

But then again thats all personal preference
