YES, it's actually true!! It started raining here about 5 minutes ago. It's not just raining, it's pouring!!
We've had something like 18 consecutive days over 100 degrees and 40-42 days total over 100 this summer, the hottest being on July 18 at 107. The foundation companies are loving all the business as no one can keep their yards and foundations watered in a proper way with this heat.
Looking out my window, it's almost like when you've got to go to the restroom really bad, but there's never a good time to go so you hold it and you hold it... and then all of a sudden, WHAM!!
The thunder is actually a very welcoming sound right now!
