Austin TX Real Estate - Hill Country Austin Lakeway Homes for Sale: Divine Consign in Plano TX

Divine Consign in Plano TX

The BEST baby and toddler consignment sale in DFW starts tomorrow at 8am at the Plano Centre in Plano, TX. This will be my third time to attend.  I love being able to buy next-to-new for cheap cheap prices.  Babies use toys for such a short period of time, why pay retail when you don't have to?

Alyssa is now walking while pushing things, so I'll be getting her another push toy to keep at Grandma's.  She also needs a swing to hang from a tree and maybe a play fort that she can climb around in.

Get there early!  The 75% off thing is brand new.  They usually only have 50% off day.  I can't wait! Maybe I'll see you there!

Preston loves little cars. He walks around with two all day long. They only cost 50 cents, so it's great! Good find by the way..

This kind of push toy, not little 50 cent cars.  This was taken on Sunday.

oh yeah, I know... he uses 2 push toys at the same time...is your email not working again? I sent you a couple yesterday afternoon.

your girl looks like tons of fun. I'm hoping Cara will make a little girl for us!

Greg, Yes, she's a lot of fun!  And it's not Cara who "makes" the girl, it's all about you.  It's always the guy who is the determining factor on boy or girl...

Hi Donna,
Wish this was in my area, I have a wish list for my little one but new prices are just too much!

Cynthia, Do you have baby and toddler consignment stores?  We have a few in my area, but the only one I can think of is Kid 2 kid or Kid to Kid.  Google them for your area and you'll probably find some.  I couldn't wait for the big consignment sale, so I stopped by the consignment store a couple of weeks earlier.  They're priced nicely.

What a great photo of Alyssa.  She is growing so fast. :)

Cynthia, try Craigslist.  You can find a lot of baby items there for great prices.

My twins boys are now 3 years old and it's taken me over a year to get rid of most of their baby items.  Luckily one of my neighbors had twin boys and so naturally, I gave all of the big ticket items to her, from cribs to double strollers.  But the rest of their things, like their toddler beds, changing tables, and other baby items, I put on Craigslist and have had great success there.

If you don't want to go online, try the Genesis Center.  They also have great things.

Ricki, Thanks!  And yes, she's growing WAY fast!!

MeLisa, I've looked at Craigslist as well.  I would buy toys from there,  but nothing that needs to be "safe".  At least the consignment sales and stores check everything out, whereas an individual seller doesn't have to disclose a lose screw here or there.
