I love it when sellers cooperate and do just about everything I ask them to do so we can present the house in a way to get top dollar!

The office not only had this built-in desk, but there was also another complete desk to the left that you can't see. All of that has been removed out of the room and look at the white walls! It makes the space look so much more manageable.
Almost all pictures have been removed from the wood paneling and a nice open area has been created for a better flow of traffic. Before, you couldn't really see the fireplace, but now the fireplace POPS!
The is the back Family Room. There was no order to anything back here. I had a chair removed, and it opened up quite nicely. You can even see the view of the Diving Pool in the back!
This floorplan is so open, and the rearrangment of furniture shows the space much better. All personal items have been removed.

Marchel, That's great that your sellers are doing everything without you showing evidence of what the difference could be. Sellers never believed me before I got the ASP and pictures.
Maggie, My first set of before and after pictures was that I put a lot of stuff in a couple of rooms in my own house, then I staged it by removing everything, and took after pictures. Once I got a couple of sellers to do the same thing, I didn't need my pictures anymore.
Donna. It is truly amazing how little change can make such a difference! Isn't kind of funny that people fix their homes into a better condition, then move?
