Yes, it's an incredible price, yet there has only been one showing. The complex is not FHA approved and many conventional lenders don't like to loan this small of an amount so I'm mostly looking for a cash buyer who doesn't have to worry about financing.

Teresa, It is a deal! THe other 2 bedroom is listed for $65k, so we undercut that one a lot even though this one needs probably $1500-2000 in updates, which is little compared to other "fixer uppers."
