Have you heard of this phrase called "Sponsored Conversation"? I had never heard of it until today, but I've read a couple of news clips about it, and how it's becoming more and more popular.
I wanna be part of it!! How do I become a Sponsored Conversation?
For those who are in th dark, like I was, and still kinda am, a sponsored conversation is where a company pays you, either with money, products, or incentives, for you to blog about their product for the world to see. Sound familiar? There's a lot of it going on within the ActiveRain community.
However, from what I'm reading, in each and every blog, you are supposed to acknowledge that you have been "paid" for your opinion. That part, I know for a fact, is not a rule all those Growth Leader testers are doing, though some are.
With companies like Ford offering up the use of a car, and Sears giving out $500 gift cards, and HP giving out free printers... I want part of this!!
There are so many companies doing this, how do I get on the bandwagon of FREE stuff?? My opinion can be bought, to an extent... As long as I believe in the product, I have no squabbles of letting the world know how great the product is.
Any corporate people out there reading this? I could use a new car!!

This is going on all around us --- not sure how to get in the loop -- but is is going on more than one would think.
another way to do this is to promote affiliate products as well. kind of the same concept. more and more people are doing that nowadays. it's fine IMO as long as people provide good information as opposed to spam.
I heard that Marker Leader is offering free trials for sponsored conversation. I called for one, but they don't work with my board of realtors.

I had been approached about this with a lead generator company to try their service and blog about it in the past Donna, but declined it. Let us know if you sign up with someone.

Jesse, Yes, it's addicting. We got off on an AR tangent during my Internet class today. They're alll going to join and I warned them it's addicting and to control themselves.

Teresa, I haven't figured anything out yet. As for the class, I need to look into how PayPal really works as I've never been on the receiving end, but if I'm going to do a webinar, I need to see how people would pay. I'll let you know what I find out, but it'll probably be something I don't do until I complete my move.
