If you have kids, and maybe they have a birthday coming up, are doing a good job potty-trainning, or they are just special, Toys 'R Us and Babies 'R Us is having a one-day ONLINE sale tomorrow, March 24, 2009.
It's $10 off a $30 purchase. That's more than 30% off!! I don't care for sales that are 10% or 15% off. Those don't make a dent in the price. But, 30% makes a nice dent!
You must use the promo code: Twitterdeal24
If word gets around enough through this Twitter offer, they're looking at doing more sales like that through Twitter as well.
Happy Shopping and spread the word!

Clever and cool .. now I need to go pre shoping
Donna - Thanks for the info. I'll have to tell the wife.
Donna, Thanks for the info. I love Toys r us.
Good info for the upcoming shower gifts will be needing.
Donna, this is cool, a deal promoted by Twitter... life keeps changing in fascinating ways.
thats good to know as you know I have a few! I will take them up on this deal!
Awesome news, Donna. Talk about great timing, considering little man's b-day this weekend. Thanks, Jim
I hope everyone enjoyed their day of online shopping! You have about 30 minutes left!
Nuts, I read this one day too late. We have baby gifts to buy, so I won't tell my wife about this lost opportunity.
See??? I fail to check active rain for 2 days and miss out on this one! I sure could have used this sale!! Thanks for sharing, hopefully I will catch the next on! :)
I don't read your blog for 1 day and Wham, I miss something. LOL
I've been following TRU on Twitter, so I'll let you know if/when they have another sale!
Hmmm... Boomer really doesnt get new toys. We do alot of baby consignment sales and garage sales. I think even on sale, these toys are too expensive.
Boomer plays with Dickey's BBQ cups and empty soda bottles too. Yeah, I know I'm a cheap mom.
Here's another sale:
"Get $10 off any toy or baby purchase of $50+ 3/28/09 10am - 7pm code "twittertoys28" standard restrictions apply"
Loreena, Alyssa gets consignment toys too, unless there is an awesome deal on something new.
Donna, good grief! Twitter is just everywhere! I'm really going to have to learn to speak it.
If I need toys, I just make a call. I know to many people with too many toys!
Great way to spread the word. How did you find out about it?
Tina, I "follow" Toys R Us on Twitter and they posted this code and said they would do more promotions if things worked out well by spreading the news.
Donna - Wow! That's quite a hailstorm! I'm glad that no windows were broken and that no one was hurt... :)
